This page explains what stays on your device, what is sent only when you request a consultation, and how that request is handled.
Calculator information
The payment and buying-budget calculators run in your browser. Home price, down payment, income, debt, interest-rate scenarios, taxes, insurance, HOA and calculated results are not submitted to Sanchez Group, Lofty, analytics or an email provider.
Optional consultation form
If you choose to submit the consultation form, we collect your name, email, phone number, goal, timeframe, preferred response method, language, consent record and basic source/referral information. Do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, financial statements, tax documents or other sensitive financial records.
How consultation data is used
- Store or update the inquiry in Lofty, the real-estate CRM used by Sanchez Group.
- Assign a new inquiry to Jesus Sanchez and add source, language, goal, timeframe and consent context.
- Send an internal Lofty notification after the CRM record is confirmed.
- Respond using the method selected by the visitor.
The form does not promise a separate email notification. It shows success only after Lofty storage and the internal agent notification are confirmed.
Sharing
Consultation information may be processed by Lofty and service providers needed to operate and secure the website. It is not automatically sent to a mortgage lender. If you choose an external lender link or later ask to be connected, that provider’s privacy policy and consent process apply.
Analytics and advertising
This release does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or cross-site advertising trackers. The website may retain privacy-preserving operational security logs such as hashed rate-limit events and server error information.
Retention and choices
CRM and private submission records are retained only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, operational integrity, legal obligations and recordkeeping. To request access, correction or deletion, contact contact@realsanchez.com. Some records may be retained where required or needed to document consent, prevent abuse or resolve disputes.

Las calculadoras funcionan en tu navegador. El precio, pago inicial, ingresos, deudas, escenarios de tasa, impuestos, seguro, HOA y resultados no se envían a Sanchez Group, Lofty, analítica ni a un proveedor de correo.
Formulario opcional
Si envías el formulario, recopilamos nombre, correo, teléfono, objetivo, plazo, método de respuesta, idioma, registro de consentimiento e información básica de origen. No envíes números de Seguro Social, cuentas, estados financieros, documentos fiscales ni otros datos financieros confidenciales.
Uso de los datos
- Guardar o actualizar la consulta en Lofty.
- Asignar una consulta nueva a Jesús Sánchez con origen, idioma, objetivo, plazo y consentimiento.
- Enviar una notificación interna de Lofty después de confirmar el registro.
- Responder por el método seleccionado.
El formulario no promete una alerta separada por correo. Muestra éxito solo cuando Lofty y la notificación interna están confirmados.
Compartir
La información puede ser procesada por Lofty y proveedores necesarios para operar y proteger el sitio. No se envía automáticamente a un prestamista. Si eliges un enlace externo o pides una conexión, aplican la privacidad y consentimiento de ese proveedor.
Analítica y publicidad
Esta versión no carga Google Analytics, Meta Pixel ni rastreadores publicitarios entre sitios. El sitio puede conservar registros operativos de seguridad, como límites cifrados y errores del servidor.
Retención y opciones
